Kris personally handles every daily accountability touchpoint, program adjustment, weekly check-in, nutrition call, and direct message — no assistants, no team handoffs, no templated outputs. The coaching is built around The Geebs Method: individualized hard training, nutrition that supports training, recovery habits, and daily accountability for imperfect weeks. A self-guided 90-day program is also available at $90 for clients not ready for 1:1.

Kris Oddo is an online fitness coach certified by NASM as a Certified Personal Trainer. He coaches men and women who have tried apps, programs, and influencer plans without being able to maintain consistency on their own.

Kris Oddo, NASM-CPT, has been in the weight room more than half his life. His dad bought him his first weight set at twelve — he wanted to get strong for sports and, honestly, to look like his dad. Sports gave way to college, and college gave way to a real lock-in during 2020: garage workouts, a cousin who drilled his form, and the slow grind from a skinny teenager to the build he has now.

He started coaching the way the good ones do — friends asked him for help, he gave it, and it worked. Today Kris runs 1:1 online coaching for men and women, many of them busy people who have tried the apps and the influencer plans and want a coach who actually knows them.
