90-day transformation
Not the right time for 1:1?
1:1 coaching is a real investment — money, time, and the weekly accountability work. If that's not where you're at right now, the 90-day program is the cleanest way to start: $90 one-time, same training and nutrition framework Kris uses with 1:1 clients, structured to run on your own.
Who this is for
This is for the guy who wants a real structure but does not need, or is not ready for, weekly 1:1 coaching. You still get the core training and nutrition framework Kris uses: progressive strength work, macro targets, recovery expectations, and clear standards for what a good week looks like.
It is not meant to replace coaching. There is no custom adjustment when work gets busy, no form review, and no weekly call. It is the cleaner starting point for men who need direction now and want to prove they can execute before applying for 1:1.
What you get
- 12 weeks of progressive training
- Nutrition framework with macro targets
- Habit and recovery protocols from 1:1
- Video demos for every lift
- Delivered through the FitBudd app
What it isn't
- No live check-ins
- No weekly calls
- No custom programming adjustments
- No direct messaging with Kris
If you want those, 1:1 is the path. Re-apply when you're ready.
How to run it
Run the program exactly as written for the first two weeks before changing anything. Log the lifts, keep the protein target visible, and treat missed sessions as information rather than failure. If a week gets messy, resume at the next scheduled workout instead of trying to punish yourself with extra volume.
After 90 days, you should know whether self-guided structure is enough or whether the missing piece is live accountability. If the plan worked but consistency still broke under pressure, that is exactly what the 1:1 application is built to diagnose.
$90 one-time purchase. Lifetime access to the program inside FitBudd. Refunds within 7 days if you decide it's not for you.
